Our weekly Live Calls consist of Peer-to-Peer for experiential, active learning as well as Q&A Calls where you can get your specific questions answered. You can submit your questions from 24 hours before the live call, so even if you can’t tune in live you can see the answers in the replay. On most weeks there are two live calls to ensure we cater to all time zones.

Our live calls take place in the morning (9 am) and in some weeks we also have an additional afternoon call (4 pm) option (AEST/AEDT - Sydney time). You can convert to your local timezone here.

We recommend 4-6 hours per week. This includes 2 hours for lectures and live calls, plus an additional 2-4 hours for practice, reflection, and peer-to-peer work.

• The Vagus Nerve Program is our much more comprehensive 8-week program. It includes onboarding and integration weeks, along with 6 x 60-80 minute lectures, plus new video and/or audio resources per week, plus workbooks for reflection. The program also includes weekly Live and Peer-to-Peer Calls (approximately 60 minutes) and an exclusive online community for ongoing support. Please note that completing the Masterclass is a prerequisite to joining the Vagus Nerve Program. If you sign up to the Program, you receive access to the Masterclass as a bonus. 

• The Nervous System Certification Course is our 12 week highly curated program designed to help you implement brain and body integration, regulation, and education for impactful, long-lasting change. Based on the scientific principles of neuroplasticity, you'll gain a deep understanding of how people can transform. Practical application through case studies, peer-to-peer learning, guided scripts, and handouts will give you the confidence to communicate complex concepts clearly.

You will receive a certificate of completion after the course has concluded and all of your assignments have been completed. You'll receive 'Nervous System School Trained' assets and you'll be added to our database of trained practitioners.

Our weekly Live Calls are where the content will be taught for each module of the course as well as peer to peer calls and small group mentoring. To get the most out of the course, we encourage you to attend live, however, the replay will be available if you are unable to attend.
