What is the Vagus Nerve Program?
The program targets the underlying causes of chronic conditions through scientifically validated methods that effectively reduce anxiety, depression, dissociation, digestive issues, pain, sleep disturbances, and inflammation.
Carefully designed around neuroplasticity principles, the program creates sustainable transformations in both brain and body functioning. Research shows that eight weeks is the optimal duration needed for nervous system healing through neuroplastic processes (Hölzel et al. 2011)
Throughout the program, you'll enhance vagal tone and recalibrate your nervous system, allowing recovery from chronic and traumatic stress patterns that may have persisted for years.
