Hi, I'm Jessica.

 

When new patients walked into my clinic, I could see the pain and frustration in their eyes.

Many had been through a discouraging health journey—bounced between doctors, sometimes told their symptoms were "all in their head," and left without answers to their persistent health challenges.

This affected not just their physical health, but their emotional and psychological wellbeing too.

After dedicating over 6 years to university study and 12 years to clinical practice, I realised something was missing.

This realisation led me to extensive research on the autonomic nervous system and the vagus nerve—the missing link between body and brain health.

Today, my mission is clear: to empower you  to discover the root causes of your symptoms (or your clients' symptoms) and improve your mental and physical health.

Having successfully guided more than 20,000 students and practitioners to regulate their nervous systems, I would be honoured to help you do the same.

The vagus nerve is a series of connections that run from the brain all the way to the colon, touching almost every major organ along the way.

Improving vagus nerve functioning - what we call building vagal tone - helps you to cope with and recover from stress.

When you face challenges or conflict and become activated, you can return to a healthy, balanced baseline. This creates flexibility and adaptability in your nervous system so you don't get stuck in anxiety or shame, and it reduces the stress load on all the other systems of your body.

It also plays a major role in regulating many of your organs and systems, as well as balancing inflammation. This is why building vagal tone improves digestive issues, persistent pain, inflammation and insomnia.
